We have been forging and machining steel since 1891

Technologies

Innovation is our engine.

Innovation at the core

A. Benevenuta & C. S.p.A. manufactures hot forged mechanical parts, and can complete them with machining and assembly if necessary.

The parts can be further processed with other treatments or surface coatings; these are usually performed by suppliers directly managed by A. Benevenuta & C. S.p.A.

The Company invests each year in technological innovation; automated processes have been implemented, such as hot forging, machining, laser hardening and welding, induction hardening.

At A. Benevenuta & C. SpA, all manufacturing equipment units have been connected with the MES system; this helps to coordinate and collect production, logistics, quality and maintenance data, hereby allowing A. Benevenuta & C. SpA to be one of Confindustria’s Showcase Factories (Fabbriche Vetrina) for digital transformation on national level.

A. Benevenuta & C. SpA’s engineering team owns and operates sophisticated software tools such as FEM calculation, billet deformation simulation, state-of-the-art CAD-CAM systems, 3D scanning and measuring equipment: all of which helps meeting and exceeding Customer demand.

industry 4.0

A. Benevenuta & C. SpA has equipped itself with a modern MES, for an optimized management of its manufacturing processes.

Production technologies

In our Forno Canavese plant, our customers’ parts get born. The toolmaking department designs and manufactures the dies for our hot and cold forming departments. Here, the components come to life and get transformed.

Our Valperga plant is where the parts become finish-machined, laser hardened, non-destructive tested and dimensionally inspected.

Our Cordoba (ARG) plant is active in machining, overmolding, induction hardening and assembly. From there we supply Central and South American markets.

We rely on qualified suppliers for mass and surface heat treatments or surface coatings like molybdenum, polyammide, zinc plating or phosphate coating, painting, as well as for other surface treatments or coatings.
