A. Benevenuta & C. Spa is organized with a Quality Management System
compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and
IATF 16949:2016.
The Company has adopted a process-based approach in developing, implementing and
improving the effectiveness of its quality management system, in order to
increase the customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer requirements,
from the design phase up to the operational use. This approach allows:
- to manage the interactions among processes of the system, so
that the overall performance of the organization can be increased
- to achieve the expected results in accordance with quality
policy and strategic directions of the organization.
